I am a university lecturer and postdoctoral researcher within the NICE research group (Nutrition in Clinical Research & Epidemiology), which investigates how factors such as dietary habits, physical activity, fitness, as well as body weight and body composition, influence health across the lifespan. One of my research interests is exploring how and why health-promoting interventions succeed or fail in impacting individuals. Additionally, I am part of a research group dedicated to child- and family-centered care, with a focus on developing innovative research that responds to the needs of children, adolescents, and families.
