I work as a senior research coordinator at the Grants Office where we help researchers improve their research applications pre-grant and provide advice and support regarding various types of calls. I mainly work with applications within the social sciences, but also work with the Grant Office’s outreach activities.
I have previous research experience within business studies, economics and economic history (see Google Scholar). I have a background in economics and received my PhD in business studies in 2016 at Uppsala University. Between 2017-2021 I worked as a senior lecturer in economics at the Department of Management and Engineering (IEI) at LiU and most recently I worked as a researcher at the Department of Business Studies at Uppsala University where I focused my research on patent history and the management and economics of intellectual property, innovation and technology.
I have extensive experience in applying for research funding and writing research applications. I have received funding both as a PI and co-PI from: Torsten Söderbergs Stiftelse, Riksbankens Jubileumsfond, The Lars Erik Lundberg Foundation for Research and Education, Jan Wallander and Tom Hedelius stiftelse samt Tore Browaldhs stiftelse, Vinnova and the Peter Wallenberg Foundation.
I have published in journals such as the Review of Economics and Statistics, the Journal of the European Economic Association, Industry and Innovation and Scandinavian Economic History Review.
