We have ongoing projects on:
- collecting age-normative data for the oldest-old on cognitive tests often used in dementia investigations
- validation of a more recently developed cognitive test in dementia investigation in primary care
- examining feasibility and function of a digital cognitive assessment battery in primary care
The main purpose of our research is to improve dementia investigations in primary care with respect to correct and effective diagnostics early in the disease process. I´m also co-worker in an international, multidisciplinary longitudinal project examining broad effects (cognitive, cerebral and immunological) of changes in hormone levels after cancer-preventive bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy.
