Emilia Källstad completed her BSc in Biomedical Engineering at Linköping University (2020–2023). She then pursued an MSc in Applied Physics with a specialization in Materials Physics at the same institution (2023–2025).
Her MSc thesis focused on the development of wireless power transfer systems for powering organic electrochemical neurons. This work was carried out in the Organic Nanoelectronics group at the Laboratory of Organic Electronics under the supervision of Professor Simone Fabiano and Associate Professor Deyu Tu.
In September 2025, Emilia rejoined the Organic Nanoelectronics group as a research assistant, where she continues her work on implantable wireless medical devices.
