My research focuses on prevention and public health, empasizing health behavior change through digital interventions. My dissertation investigates behavior change from multiple perspectives including:
- Exploring students´views on health and behavior change.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the digital intervention Buddy.
- Analyzing how students utilized the intervention.
- Examining their experiences with behavvior change using Buddy.
During my doctoral studies, I also conducted the Focus RCT – a digital intervention aimed at supporting procrastination, and conducted a scoping review on perioperative digital lifestyle interventions.
I teach in the Master´s program in Medical Science and handle public health-related tasks in the Nursing Programme and the Specialist Nursing Programme, Primary Health Care.
