During the training of nurses, both theoretical and practical elements are included. I coordinate these and serve as link between hospital and university. My role includes ensuring that the educational requirements of the practical training are met. I also provide training at the nursing school. To maintain my own competence as a nurse , I work in ward C126 in the Dept. of Cardiothoracic and Vascular surgery.
