Learning is the essence of what we do as a university, whether it involves teaching, research, or collaboration. It is learning that allows us to grow and mature as individuals. As a teacher, professor, deputy head, and manager, I have the privilege of witnessing students, doctoral candidates, and colleagues learn and grow. And occasionally, I get to learn and grow a bit myself.
