I am employed at the Communications and Marketing Department and belong to the Research Communication and Press Unit. I share my time between AI project and the Department of Mathematics (MAI).

Link枚ping University has AI expertise at all departments and there is a lot of exciting things happening in AI at the university. I created liu.se/ai and a newsletter which shows the many different parts of AI at the university. I am now working with communication in AI project.

LiU has over 100 university courses related to AI and AI competence at every department. AI at LiU is about AI techniques as well as applications of these techniques, about views on AI, how it benefits society, ethical guidelines etc.

The department conducts research in computational mathematics, mathematics and applied mathematics, mathematical statistics, and optimization. We provide courses to students in most degree programmes in mathematics, science and engineering.
