I have a PhD and work as a licensed psychologist at the Department of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (AMM) at the university hospital in Linköping. For many years, I have been part of an ongoing research project at Linköping University called WHOLE (Work Health Organization Leadership Experience). Within this project, we have collected longitudinal data on organizational and social work environment, leadership, health, and vulnerability from three different cohorts (governmental, municipal and private sector) as well as a representative sample from Swedish working life. Parts of the project have been financed by Forte and AFA insurance.
In the project, we primarily investigate how various organizational factors affect the emergence and outcome of negative social exposure in working life, such as work-related bullying and victimization.
As part of the research project, I submitted and defended my PhD thesis on December 15, 2022. The thesis is about how supportive leadership moderates the occurrence and impact of work-related bullying.
