The risk of being bullied at work is twice as high if you were born abroad. And if you come from a culture that is culturally dissimilar to Sweden鈥檚, the risk is even higher. These are the results of a study from LiU.

Those who intervene in bullying don鈥檛 run a greater risk of being bullied themselves. In fact, it鈥檚 the opposite: those who don鈥檛 intervene risk falling victim to it themselves. This has been shown in an article published in Psychology of Violence.
