LOE's offices are located in the Kåkenhus building at Campus Norrköping.
The main offices can be found at "Entrance 33" at Bredgatan 33 in Norrköping (). After entering at Entrance 33 (glass entrance under large university logo), walk straight in toward the large stairway. The LOE entrance will be on the left (large grey door in glass wall).
